My name is Elsa Moreno, a fashion designer who has more than 25 years of experience and Rubiela Miguel is the name of my brand, a company specialized in wedding dresses for brides and events. You may wonder where my passion for fashion design and weddings come from: it all started with my family which is made up of seamstresses and designers who have been working for a long time by advising and supporting lots of couples on their way to the altar.

My first store was located in Cali, Colombia, and there I had the chance to advise and dress thousands of brides, grooms, bridesmaids and families for around ten years. After that, I moved the store to Bogota where I kept guiding and designing for couples for more than 7 years. Life works in mysterious ways and after closing my store in Colombia and moving to the USA, I have been able to make my way back to my passion, design, and a dream came true: Rubiela Miguel by Elsa Moreno.

In my store, brides and their families will be guided on how to choose the wedding veil that better suits the dress. Our clients will find accessories that match their attire, delicate customized lingerie, alteration of cocktail and wedding dresses as well as design and making of customized dresses and preservation of wedding dresses.
